from happiness from unspoiled
beauty and tropical nights.
Our poems had no names
our land had no names
our history knew no time
time everlasting
was our theme our love
deep like our blackness.
Deep: The great lakes of Africa
the most fertile soil on earth
soil filled with minerals
the Heart of Africa
where the Nile the Congo
and the thundering Zambezi
are conceived and born.
Populated yet unspoiled
white man manage that!
Burundi
unspoiled
Mozambique
unspoiled
why do they start wars there
what make the white man
begin the crimes of Imperialism
then give us human rights?

You walked on the sky
and they snatched you away
for a bullwhip on a plantation
Go Home: we won't be niggers anymore.
Return to the unspoiled land the sacred soul
of Africa, before they destroy it.

leave Your bad habits here
in America for the Americans
trash everywhere
cities smelling like sewage
homelessness
unemployment
taxes
kissing YTs ass for a stinking
wage slavery position
you want that instead of paradise
where we belong
where they snatched us from.
A land of no oppression
no burdens no hate no crime
no drugs no misery
a land where no white man ruled
no Imperialism no system
it is high up in the mountains where
the Nile the Kongo and the Zambezi
the heart of Africa

Uganda too
eastern Kongo
western Tanzania and Kenya
that land is so precious
it is so rich in minerals
the soil can grow anything

Its Apparent we are living in a Nation where majority of the population is unhealthy and everyone is in a rush We prioritize everything else but ourselves Being a Wife a Mother a Boss a Best friend an Employee a Companion Usually outweighs us, and so we make Quick and fast available, Perhaps this isn't where this all started maybe this was learned behaviour coming from a household where both Parents worked or a single household with one parent or the fact that being uneducated about health and eating habits, so we took what we can get and alot of times being a young child you had no option you had to eat what was there. Alot of us had seen so many people in our community pass on and members of our family because of Poor Health choices /eating habits, and some of them were stubborn to change, its no way we could've told an Great uncle or Aunt or Grandparent that Pork Meat wasn't healthy and it has absolutely no nutritional value, or that morning cup of Joe (coffee) is loaded with caffeine and it robs your body of Vitamin C, Some of them wasn't hearing it, we couldn't tell them or any other member in our community about Genetically Modified Foods Or High Fructose Corn Syrup are slow killers They possibly wouldn't have had an understanding it taste good so that is what it is Period. We are a New Generation in the information age and we have options We have herbs and Natural healing methods Health practitioners and meditation methods alot like our Ancestors did, And I realize changing something old can be challenging You wont be a health nut over night, Think about it add years to your life do it for your family...Good Health to you,This is just A Critique,Htp

I am But One Individual on planet Earth, and that makes me unique I'm proud of it and want to show it,There will be no cover ups for me, no additions maybe a little gloss to the lips and something to make my skin shine to add glow to my melanated body, an adornment or two in my spiral shaped coiled loced hair.
